How long have you been taking H.E.A.T.™?

I was encouraged by Angelyn Bennett to try a H.E.A.T.™ class in May 2016.

 

What do you love most about it?

I really enjoy the creativity and individuality of the various H.E.A.T.™ instructors and their workouts along with the introduction of weight training into my exercise workouts. The exercises are easy to follow, allow for modifications (if needed), and give you an intense workout in as little as 30 minutes. The H.E.A.T.™ instructors format was something I had never seen before. I enjoy being a part of a diverse exercise group of individuals and instructors that inspire, motivate, and support you on different levels.

 

How has H.E.A.T.™ helped your fitness journey ?

I have been active with cardio 5 days a week for several years, but with adding H.E.A.T.™ several times a week it allowed me to see more body transformation with muscle definition and strength. I was so excited about this added change to my fitness/health journey that I obtained my H.E.A.T.™ certification in October 2016, only 5 months after starting the classes.

What was it about H.E.A.T.™ that got you excited and made you want to teach it?

I love the energy and vibe of H.E.A.T.™. I like showing people that weights can be fun and effective.

 

What is your favorite song to teach and why?

I like new fresh songs and choreography, but one of my favorite classics is Booty Wurk. It is still hard after all this time.

 

What is the most rewarding thing about being a H.E.A.T.™ instructor?

I love that I can show people how to combine cardio and weights in a new exciting way. I love seeing students increase their endurance and overall heath.

About a year ago. My wife, Andrea, drug me to a class.

 

What are the benefits you noticed from taking H.E.A.T.™ classes?

I’m down 32 lbs!

 

What do you love most about H.E.A.T.™?

I love the accountability I get and that I can take classes with my wife.
